THE HOUSEBOAT IS DUE IN THE SLIP AND MUST BE 100% CLEANED, FUELED AND PUMPED AND VACATED BY SATURDAY AT 12:00PM NOON. !!!NO EXEPTIONS!!!   IF THE BOAT IS NOT IN THE SLIP AT 12:00PM, AT  12:01PM THERE IS A  $300 CHARGE. $100 PER HOUR THERE AFTER.   FOR LACK OF CLEANLINESS AND SHORTFALL ON FUEL, PLUS A $100.00 PER HOUR FEE  (Personal experience:  It is easier to bring the boat to fuel/Pump  and slip on Friday afternoon)

On owner financed shares, Payments must be followed as the agreement states.  If the owner defaults on payments or yearly maintenance dues, the share is forfeited as described in the agreement contracts.

Before you utilize your week, A DVD or Flash Drive will be mailed to you containing an instructional video on all boat operations including fueling and maneuvering the boat.
